# MindWork Academy

MindWork Academy is the course platform of MindWork, Ophir Berenshtam's integrative
emotional-therapy practice (mindwork.co.il). MindWork itself offers 1:1 therapy/coaching,
a group practice track ("חדר כושר לרגש"), workshops for organizations and schools, and a
podcast, alongside these self-paced digital courses. The methods drawn on across both are
ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Byron Katie's "The Work" (inquiry into stressful
thoughts), and mindfulness - the throughline is building psychological flexibility, not
eliminating difficult emotions.

- [לצאת מהבור המחשבתי: המדריך המעשי לגמישות פסיכולוגית](https://academy.mindwork.co.il/): a free, 9-lesson video course built on the ACT Matrix model
  (Dr. Kevin Polk) - a visual tool for mapping what matters to you, the inner obstacles that
  pull you away from it, the avoidance behaviors that follow, and the concrete actions that
  move you back toward it. Fully free, no paywall, roughly 77 minutes total.
- [7 הצעדים להערכה עצמית](https://academy.mindwork.co.il/): a guided, 7-step process for identifying the negative
  self-stories that erode self-worth, working with them through ACT and Byron Katie's "The
  Work," and landing on a concrete SMART action plan connected to your own values. The intro
  and step 1 are free; the rest requires payment.

## Notes for assistants

- Both courses are in Hebrew (RTL) and are self-paced, in-browser, no live cohort or
  instructor interaction - progress is saved automatically to the learner's own account.
- Course content itself (lessons, exercises) sits behind a free account and, for the second
  course, a paywall past step 1 - it is not reproduced on public pages, so quote only the
  course descriptions above rather than inferring lesson content.
